Payment & Benefit Expectations:
In compliance with the International Nanny Association, we encourage families to follow the following payment guidelines and encourage healthcare benefits:
Implement a discretionary annual raise of 3-10%, based on merit and cost of living adjustment
Offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), which encompasses both sick and vacation days. Just Like Family suggests two weeks paid vacation.
Paid minimum federal holidays
The appropriate salary adjustment for a new baby is $1-3 per hour or 10-20% of the nanny’s earnings.
Any additional days off designated by the family are fully paid.
