Our Process
Through comprehensive vetting and face-to-face interviews, Just Like Family matches nannies and families beyond basic job requirements and availability. We assess compatibility of family values, developmental goals and communication styles, and guide both parties through each step of the process to ensure a mutually beneficial fit. Beyond matching, we provide hiring and onboarding resources, as well as ongoing support to nurture positive, lasting placements.
However, please note that we do not conduct employment eligibility verification on any potential nannies, and responsibility for doing so remains with the families and nannies.
